From the label“Schofferhofer Grapefruit is the unique combination of sparkling smooth Schofferhofer Hefeweizen with grapefruit juice. A refreshingly well-rounded taste with ample character and hints of sweetness is pleasing to the palate. Tastes less cold and crisp from the can. 50% of Schofferhofer unfiltered Hefeweizen blended with 50% grapefruit drink. The natural color comes from a sediment at the bottom of the can.”
