From the label“Each Ralphius variant was designed to highlight the different facets of our complex blended bourbon barrel aged stout. This version was created with malt smoked over Ralphius barrel staves, then aged with Sel Gris and oyster shells from 3rd & Ferry Fish Market showcasing notes of coastal brininess, sea tangle, and soft embers.”
