From the label“OverWorks is BrewDog's temple of alternative fermentation. A place where historical methods and tradition intersect with modern craft and brewing. Every beer matured inside hand-selected wooden vessels in the presence of natural microflora. Unconstrained by convention. SHOGUN SHAMAN Fruity sweetness gives way to delicate floral chamomile and funky brettanomyces character. Sweet plum accentuates the acidity and tannic notes from wine barrel ageing, while chamomile flowers provide a delicate counterpoint. The dry and tannic notes ebb to the lingering flow of floral chamomile. And a finish as sharp as a sword-smith's master-class awaits. Shogun Shaman - tyrannical tartness.”
