This is the 2nd of 2 labels we have from Brouwerij Maenhout BVBA. It is one of 4 tripel labels approved in September 2019. Its label was approved 23 days after it was submitted. It's imported by Belgian Beer Distributors, Finost Import LLC; its label was approved for US sale.
From the label“"Queen of diamonds" is a top fermented blond beer. It's a tripel brewed with love for the game of cards and for the Brewer's wife. The brewer and his wife met while playing cards. In fact in flemish the name of this card is a corruption of the French word 'concubine'.”
