From the label“Dark ale refermented & aged in oak with a mixed culture and cherries. Traditional, rich Scottish dark ale fermented in French oak barrels with a Brettanomyces and sour cherries. Warming roasted flavours give way to leathery brett and mellow tobacco notes before a dry finish lifted by earthy cherry notes.”
