Brewed with Connecticut grown and malted barley, raw buckwheat, aged hops, and water from our well, this farm beer is fermented in stainless steel with a blend of yeasts and bacteria before resting in red and white wine barrels for months to develop additional character and complexity. Blend 1 Bottled September 2018”
