From the label“Scarcely More Articulate is a continuation of our exploration into house cultures and alternative grains. Brewed with Connecticut grown and malted barley, raw buckwheat, aged hops, and water from our well, this farm beer is fermented in stainless steel with a blend of yeasts and bacteria before resting in red and white wine barrels for months to develop additional character and complexity. Blend 1 Bottled September 2018”
