From the label“A collaboration with our friends from Hachiroku in New Haven made as a celebration of our favorite grains. We made this beer using our choice of Endebai barley from Valley Malt and a blend of Koshihikari and Hitomebore short grain Japanese rice: a constant in the Hachiroku kitchens. Thanks for supporting our farmers!”
