Many of our wild & sour beers spend months aging in barrels until their flavors reach excellence. Time, patience and attention are key to capturing this living liquid at its prime. Existence Apricot A Belgian-Style Sour Ale aged in American and French oak with Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus then refermented with apricots. Enjoy fresh or properly cellar For the love of beer!”
