This is the 3rd of 9 filings we hold from Little Beast Brewing. It is one of 22 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 51 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“OAK-AGED ALE WITH PINOT GRIS JUICE In collaboration with Boedecker Cellars, we blended our primary products, wort and lacto-inoculated Pinot Gris juice, and then set them on a new rebellious path forward, guided by Saccharomyces and Brettanomyces. The result: a dashing mixed culture beer that's delicate, confident and easy to love. FEATURED MICROFLORA: Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus Little Beast beers are alive, unfiltered and will continue to evolve with age. Decant to serve. BEST ENJOYED BY: 3 yrs. from bottling.”
