This is the 1st of 3 filings we hold from Baere Brewing Company. It is one of 22 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 54 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“This Little Wonder is just that to us! What you're holding is a blended Grisette fermented and aged for almost 6 months in four second use Laws Whiskey Barrels, each with it's own strain of Brett. We get a dry crisp brew with subtle notes of carbonated whiskey on the rocks and a hint of funk. Bottled by hand in a strip mall with love. Cheers!”
