RADICAL FORCES This adventuresome beer combines a recipe rich in pilsner malt with loads of whole cluster Oregon Pinot Noir grapes. Diverse microflora and a long stint on oak have transformed this unique blend to express the best of both worlds. Redolent with bright notes of cherry, plum and green peppercorn, baking spice and vanilla. FEATURED MICROFLORA: Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus Little Beast beers are alive, unfiltered and will continue to evolve with age. Decant to serve. BEST ENJOYED BY: 3 yrs. from bottling.
