This is the 9th of 79 filings we hold from Kent Falls Brewing Co. It is one of 22 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in February 2019. It cleared 51 days after it was filed. The label carries fruited on the front.
From the label“Flourish is brewed with New York grown endeavor barley and unmated hard red wheat, conditioned in stainless steel on Connecticut grown Montmorency cherries. Some of this farmhouse ale has been blended with one year old spontaneously fermented beer aged in wine barrels with spent cherries. The result is a complex beer with acidity and spice developed through fermentation, fruit, and time. We think they have come together in a way that will please you.”
