From the label

“This year's release of our all-night boil imperial stout was aged in a blend of 6 barrels: 4 barrels of George Dickel Whiskey for 33 months, 1 barrel of Buffalo Trace Rye for 21 months, and one barrel of Weller Bourbon for 21 months. Brewed in honor of the fearless Soviet women who flew night combat missions in WWII. Equipped with wooden biplanes, they cut their engines to glide silently over enemy lines, dropping bombs under the cover of darkness. The Germans called them Nachthexen (Night Witches) for the eerie sound of their approach.”
