This filing went on record 2 September 2026, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 4th of 4 label filings we hold from Weldwerks Brewing Company. It is one of 11 barrel-aged stout labels approved in September 2026. It cleared 22 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged, imperial on the front.
From the label“Dubai Chocolate Medianoche was born from the viral sensation that has since become a staple in the dessert world. This imperial stout was aged extensively in Willett barrels, Buffalo Trace barrels, & Stagg Jr. barrels, then layered with generous additions of milk chocolate & pistachio to create the creamy, decadent mouthfeel that Dubai Chocolate & Medianoche are known for. The aroma is pure chocolate-pistachio, followed by flavors that deliver exactly what you would expect: Dubai chocolate steeped in barrel-aged decadence, followed by a bold lingering finish of nutty oak. Medianoche just met its perfect match with Dubai Chocolate.”
