From the label“Our rendition of the Scottish classic, Wee Heavy, uses 100% barley, hops, and yeast from the UK, making this beer as authentic as it gets here in the US. Authentic Scottish pale base malt and a plethora of UK specialty crystal malts create a decidedly malt-forward experience with big aromas and flavors of fresh crusty bread, caramel, toffee, and dried fruits. High finishing gravity and malt flavor balanced by UK East Kent Goldings hops, makes for a deceptively smooth drinking experience. This Wee Heavy won Best Scotch-Style Ale at the NH Scottish Highland Games in 2025! Sláinte Mhath! Beer should take you somewhere.”
