“Label prints 'Ultra Hopped Ale' as the style descriptor. At 8.5% ABV with five named NZ hop varieties, this is a high-ABV hop-forward ale; 'Ultra Hopped Ale' does not map to a specific IPA substyle (no hazy/west-coast/double qualifier printed), so ipa_other is the best fit. TTB class 906 and 'Malt Beverage with Natural Flavor' noted but label presents as a hop-forward ale product.”
