This is the 8th of 9 labels we have from Moniker Brewery. It is one of 87 west coast ipa labels approved in July 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted. The label names 4 hops — Idaho 7, El Dorado, Chinook and Columbus. The brand on the label is Moniker Brewery; it was brewed at TWELVE PERCENT LLC in Connecticut.
A comic-inked illustration dominates the label, depicting surreal cartoon characters and abstract forms clustered around a central gold block-letter title. The composition is dense and full-bleed, with a black-and-white cast of grinning faces, organic shapes, and playful line work radiating outward from a dark negative space at the centre. The beer name appears in chunky, angled sans-serif lettering set against the gold band, while secondary type and brewery marks scatter across the margins in hand-drawn caps and script.
From the label“Sometimes you've got to bring it back to the old ways. Blinded by Nostalgia is a bright west coast style IPA brewed with some classics: Chinook, and Columbus hops, but remixed with some new rock stars; Idaho 7, and El Dorado. The result is an absolute banger! This beer has a crisp piney character blended with notes of lemon, grapefruit, fresh melon, and berry, with a clean dry finish that will have you coming back for more. This beer will bring you back to the good old days when you first fell in love with craft beer.”
