It cleared 6 days after it was filed. The label names one hop, Saaz. It was brewed under contract — TWELVE PERCENT LLC holds the permit, which is ordinary in the register and easy to miss on a shelf.
The label features a stylized cowboy head with a bright turquoise face and purple hat across the upper centre, flanked by two cartoon cowboys in tan and blue performing a rodeo scene on the right side. Overlaid across the turquoise field is the beer name in large yellow and teal block letters—"LIL RHODY LAUGH RIOT"—with "Crafted for Laughs" in white script above it, and four-pointed stars scattered throughout. The palette is dominated by bright turquoise, yellow, navy, and cream, with the composition split between the central illustration and a cream-coloured right panel containing repeated "HODEO" text and ingredient information.
