From the label“One Night In Sicily is a mixed fermentation beer inspired by two past releases. We used the unique base wort from One Night In Dunham and fermented for 2 years in second use Marsala barrels from Sojourn in Sicily. The result of this combination is light nuttiness, marmalade and cinnamon aromas with dried cherry and citrus peel, subtle vanilla and maple marsala notes. The subtle complexity is enhanced by a velvety texture and balanced acidity. We hope you like it!”
