Two human skulls hang suspended by a single cord against a bright red ground, rendered in pen-and-ink line work with dense cross-hatching and stippling creating tonal depth. The skulls are monochromatic white and black, positioned centrally with a gnarled tree trunk rising behind them. The beer name appears in vertical white capitals down the left edge, while regulatory and brewing information runs along all margins in small white type.
