From the label“Illuminate is an American Wheatwine Ale that pours a pale chestnut hue into the glass. A complex grain bill brings forth notes of caramel-drizzled pound cake, honey-soaked figs, and freshly baked blondies. Its richness is tempered by a subtle blend of Amarillo, Nugget, and Cascade hops; they offer aromas of citrus and pine. This balanced sipper's flavor evolves as it warms in the glass and will age gracefully if stowed away in your cellar. Acclimate yourself to wings and other sweet defiances.
