Two large stylized pumpkins dominate the label, each pierced by a silver fork, arranged symmetrically across the width of an orange background. The composition is split into two identical halves, with brown type reading "PUT A FORK IN IT" stacked vertically above each pumpkin and flanked by the brewery name "QUAFF ON! BREWING CO" in white italic caps. Pine trees in deep brown silhouette run across the background behind the type. The palette is warm—burnt orange, warm tan, oxblood brown, and white—with gold accents on the pumpkin stems. Taglines in orange capitals run across the top ("DRINK HEARTILY. DRINK WITH GUSTO.
