This is the 50th of 54 filings we hold from Tree House Brewing Company. It is one of 19 barleywine / strong ale labels approved in June 2026. It cleared 48 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
A stylized dragon rendered in black ink coils across the front label against a textured teal background, its sinuous body filling the composition with ornate, flowing linework and curled details. The beer name appears in gold serif type at upper right, aligned with promotional text in a bracketed box. The left edge carries vertical regulatory text, while the right side features the tasting notes and brewery information in gold type. The label is a wrap-around type on what appears to be a matte finish.
From the label“Tree of Reckoning is a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine Ale that was aged for 27 months in Buffalo Trace barrels before being re-racked into select Weller barrels. Transformed by its journey between these charred oak barrels, it pours an almost black color with flashes of ruby hues when held to the light. Rising from its tan head are intense notes of bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup, melted vanilla dark chocolate bars, Madeira-soaked plums, and German marzipan. These sweet notes are tempered by richa bourbon barrel character throughout, along with accents of tannic American oak. Tree of Reckoning is the product of careful stewardship, foresight, and patience. It is meant to be shared with those you love over good conversation or sipped in quiet reflection.”
