From the label

A TOAST TO 5 YEARS Villa was brewed to be a flavorful, sessionable beer perfect for sharing with friends and family. Coming in at 5%, this slightly tart ale was fermented solely with Brettanomyces Claussenii and left to mature for several months in stainless, developing a slightly funky, yet clean character, with notes of tropical fruit. Villa was then cold conditioned on peaches, adding bright fresh fruit character. DRINK FRESH OR LET AGE Stored cold, Villa is lightly sweet, and crisp, with a tropical funk. When aged and conditioned at 60 to 70 deg, Villa transforms into a dryer, more carbonated experience with even more brett character.
