From the label

Made in a Time-Honored method, this Ale cellared one and a Half Years in oak barrels with a variety of Yeasts & Lactobacillaceae, gently souring over a Long secondary Fermentation. The sour was blended with young, sweet ale prior to packaging, allowing a third fermentation and conditioning in the bottle, producing a Flemish-style Red with lightly acetic, fruity and tangy qualities. Enjoy this complex sour ale with cheeses, sausage, crusty bread and clever people. Keep Upright! Don't Shake! This Beer is refermented in the bottle with select yeast. Gently fill 2 or more glasses in one continuous pour.
