This filing went on record 25 November 2019, before the beer reached a shelf. Every week's new filings, read and delivered Tuesday morning.
This is the 17th of 23 label filings we hold from Untied Brewing Company. It is one of 38 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in November 2019. It cleared 17 days after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged on the front.
From the label“Our Belgian style Farmhouse ale has complex tropical fruit notes of papaya, plum, and mango, and some spiciness to it. It is aged in Chardonnay barrels for over six months, which adds a subtle aroma of vanilla and gooseberries. The addition of Brett Lambicus, Brett Brux, Brett Clausenii, and Lactobacillus for an indescribable complexity of funkiness, sourness, and fruitiness.”
