From the label“Sour ale* blended from rum barrel aged red saison and foudre aged oud bruin, then laid to rest in sherry casks and wine puncheons with cherries for an additional 14 months. Notes of old world oak, caramel, and cherry bark. Enjoy by 2023. *fermented with mixed cultures”
