From the label“While experimenting with Belgian-style farmhouse ales, the perfect combination of elements fortuitously came together in cantankerous fermenter number seven. You could call it fate, but we called it Tank 7. Fruity aromatics, citrusy balance, dry and hoppy perfection.”
