From the label“Citeaux is a coffee oatmeal stout brewed in collaboration with local coffee roaster, CAFECITEAUX. The rich coffee flavors abound with notes of chocolate and cocoa to produce a smooth brew that's sure to peak your senses. Our process to crafting this brew begins with our roasted, toasted and caramel malts to impart a robust creamy, cocoa taste. Then, we combine it with CAFECITEAUX coffee. Their coffee beans are locally roasted by hand just before they reach our stout to ensure the perfect blend of flavor and aroma.”
