This is the 19th of 62 labels we have from Modern Times Beer. It is one of 73 barrel-aged stout labels approved in September 2019. Its label was approved 14 days after it was submitted. The label carries imperial, barrel-aged on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
From the label“This unique and ridiculously tasty batch of our beloved Modern Tones imperial dessert stout was treated to an extended 7-month stay in a heavy-toast American oak foeder and lavished with extremely generous amounts of raw & house-toasted coconut and Dominican cocoa nibs. It emerged as a luxurious, full-bodied marvel, replete with decadent notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate, and coconut over a backbone of toasty oak. It's a uniquely stellar iteration of an already killer beer, and it absolutely sings at 55 degrees.”
