From the label“One of the highlights of Japanese cuisine is the tea. And one of the most delicate and flavorful Asian teas is made using the jasmine petals, called Matsurika in Japan. Following the success of Matsurika, our Bohemian pilsner using these flowers, we decided to create a delicious dark variation of it. A Czech Dark Lager. The combination of roasted malt with the floral aroma makes this a truly perfect beer for the colder months.”
