From the label“Together with our friends from Naparbler, visiting us from Northern Spain, we produced a beer that to us is quintessential summer. A base beer of pilsner malt from Valley Malt and raw emmer, rye, and triticale from Thrall Family Malt is produced with a small addition of salt into the kettle before fermentation in stainless steel using a blend of cultures chosen from each of our breweries to produce a delicate tartness before conditioning on 100 lb of yellow and orange tomatoes before bottling. Lillian is one of these varieties. This beer is reminiscent of training vines and trimming suckers in your garden with resin building up on your hand and the sun beating down on your face. Salud!”
