This is the 1st of 5 labels we have from Our Mutual Friend Brewing Company. It is one of 63 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in February 2019. Its label was approved 49 days after it was submitted.
From the label“Our Mutual Friend began in 2012 from the vision of friends to create a brewery as a catalyst for building community and relationships. At the heart of our brewing philosophy is a commitment to using locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, alongside a hands-on, small batch brewing method. Esprit De Corpse I is a blend of mixed culture ales hand selected by TRVE Brewing from our oak foederss, and stainless steel mix culture program. Their careful consideration yielded a beer with minerality, light acidity, and a fair amount of funk while stone fruit and pineapple notes round it out. We really enjoy the result, and hope you do too. With Gratitude, Cheers! This beer is bottle conditioned Serve at 50° F”
