From the label“Rich golden Tripel brewed in a Trappist abbey under the monks' supervision. Brewery income is used to maintain the Abbey, and profits are donated to charity. Westmalle is bottle-conditioned and contains live yeast. Store upright; serve between 45 and 50°F. Pour carefully, leaving the yeast behind in the bottle – taste it separately if you like.”
