About this beer
This is the 14th of 14 labels we have from Fair Isle. It is one of 15 saison labels approved in October 2026. Its label was approved 1 day after it was submitted. The label names one hop, Juniper.
From the label“Vernon is an oak-aged saison steeped with foraged juniper from Puget Sound bogs and aged in neutral gin casks. Vernon celebrates the Skagit River, providing thirty percent of the Puget Sound's fresh water and providing a clean watershed. Washington Wild works to protect this river from mining threats and designate the Cascade River as an Outstanding Resource Water. Created with ingredients farmed in the Pacific Northwest. Fermented with our house blend of wild & feral yeasts & bacterias. Brewed & bottled by Fair Isle Brewing in Seattle, WA.”
Brew it
The label names its hops (Juniper), which is enough for a real starting point.
