From the label“This Lambic inspired ale was fermented and aged for 28 months in French and American Oak barrels deep in the belly of the Bozeman Underground. A blend of wild yeast and bacteria creates a complex flavor profile that is tart, funky and fruity. Finally, the perfect blend of barrels dosed with raspberries and cherries were selected to create this very unique beer.”
