This is the 3rd of 5 labels we have from Bozeman Brewing Co. It is one of 7 wild / brett / lambic-style labels approved in January 2019. Its label was approved 60 days after it was submitted. The label carries barrel-aged, fruited on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.

From the label“This Lambic inspired ale was fermented and aged for 28 months in French and American Oak barrels deep in the belly of the Bozeman Underground. A blend of wild yeast and bacteria creates a complex flavor profile that is tart, funky and fruity. Finally, the perfect blend of barrels dosed with raspberries and cherries were selected to create this very unique beer.”
