From the label“Watermelon Breezy is a fruited Gose conditioned on watermelon purée. Its mildly tart profile bursts with juicy notes of ice-cold watermelon slices, while sea salt and coriander add a touch of salinity and peppery spice. Furthering its delicate balance, Hallertau Mittelfrüh lends subtle herbal and lemon notes to its crisp finish. Some far-flung storm has lost its steam over the endless waves at sea. The currents soften against the coral coast while sandbars calm the white-capped surf. Small clouds checker the sands in shade while a breeze passes through, rustling the dune grass at our backs.”
