From the label“Breezy is a traditional Gose-style Ale, pouring an opaque straw color with a smattering of foam islands sinking into the glass. Within its mildly tart profile, sea salt and coriander add a touch of salinity and peppery spice. Furthering its delicate balance, Hallertau Mittelfrüh lends a mix of herbal and lemon notes to its crisp finish. Some far-flung storm has lost its steam over the endless waves at sea. The currents are tempered against the city of coral while sandbars soothe the white-capped surf. Small clouds checker the sands in shade while a breeze passes through, tussling the dune grass at our backs.”
