From the label

“Every great story needs a villain. Heel Turn is built for the moment the hero snaps and things get hazy. This India Pale Ale blindsides your senses with a tropical fruit-forward attack. Driven by a powerhouse tag-team of Strata, Hydra, Celeste & Karma hops, it hits hard with blasts of ripe passion fruit, juicy strawberry, bright citrus & dank pine. Despite its bad-boy persona, a low-key 38 IBUs keeps the bitterness silky smooth. Bad never tasted so good.”

The label names its hops — Strata, Hydra, Celeste… — which is enough for a real starting point.
