Brewed with a blend of dark and smoked malts, this Black Lager layers rich malt character with the unmistakable aroma of woodsmoke while maintaining the clean, crisp finish of a traditional lager. Pours nearly black with deep mahogany hues and a tan head. Flavors and aromas of Dark Chocolate, Toasted Bread, Campfire Smoke, Roasted Nuts, and a touch of Spice give way to a subtle charred edge. The smoke lingers just long enough before a clean lager fermentation and restrained bitterness bring everything back into balance.”
