From the label“Obscura is our take on Vienna malt-driven lagers, brewed with a twist. We add Golden Oats to the grist, adding unexpected depth of toasted-grain character while keeping the beer crisp, clean, and remarkably drinkable. Golden in color with warm amber hues, Obscura layers flavors and aromas of Toasted Oats, Fresh-Baked Bread, Honeyed Malt, Graham Cracker, and a touch of Caramel. Traditional European-grown hops lend a subtle balance of floral spice and herbal bitterness, followed by a smooth, clean lager finish.”
