From the label“Brewed in collaboration with Miss Birdy, whose 2024 BLINK mural has breathed new life into our building, Untamed Nature celebrates Cincinnati's public art in the form of a beer. This juicy, hop-saturated IPA is built on a soft base of pilsner malt, flaked oats, and chit malt for a pillowy mouthfeel. Loaded with Citra, Krush, and Nectaron, it bursts with bright citrus and ripe tropical fruit notes, delivering an aromatic pop that leaps out of the glass. Like the mural itself, Untamed Nature is a bold and captivating beer.”
