The label features a large stylized pineapple illustration positioned to the right of bold block lettering spelling "B-53" in the center. The entire composition is rendered in a uniform bright yellow and white colour scheme on a yellow ground. The pineapple and decorative elements are created with a textured, almost stippled technique that gives the design a vintage or risograph quality. Typography includes the beer name in large sans-serif caps, smaller type describing the style and specifications, and ingredient text arranged in horizontal bands across the upper and lower portions.
