A cartoonish anthropomorphic peach character with a wide grin dominates the center of the label, rendered in black outlines and cream highlights against the orange field. The character's exaggerated features—bulbous eyes, prominent teeth, and splayed limbs—fill a framed vignette that occupies roughly two-thirds of the front. The beer name "PEACH CREAM M-43" is set in bold black sans-serif caps overlaid across the illustration, with "N.E. INDIA PALE ALE" in smaller type beneath. Marketing copy and regulatory information occupy the left and right edges in black type.
