A stylized gorilla hand grips a yellow skull inscribed with "SIMCOE AND AMARILLO HOPS" against a dark background with halftone texture. The composition centers on the hand-and-skull motif in the upper half, flanked by pink and gold moons, scattered stars, and geometric shapes. The beer name "SLIM GORILLA" appears in chunky, overlapping yellow and magenta lettering above the skull, with "DOUBLE MIDWEST IPA" in white sans-serif capitals at the bottom. A halftone gradient transitions from yellow-gold at the skull through orange to dark brown at the edges, creating depth across the full-bleed front.
