The label carries non-alcoholic on the front. The brand on the label is Big Grove Brewery; it was brewed at BGB Production Brewery IC, LLC in Iowa.
The label features a dynamic horizontal-band composition dominated by the product name "citrus surfer" in bold red and yellow lettering across the center, with a stylized orange slice above it. Behind the text, a mid-century modern wave design flows across the full width in teal, red, and yellow stripes that angle downward from left to right, anchored by a hop cone illustration at the top center in blue.
