From the label“Fourteen months in neutral red wine barrels gave Serene Being its refined, vinous foundation. Fresh, locally-grown strawberries from J.R. Organics and elderflower from coastal roots farm were in-barrel, infusing the beer with vibrant fruit and delicate floral aromatics. After two more months of bottle conditioning, it arrives effervescent and composed, a serene interplay of bright tartness and understated elegance.”
