A pen-and-ink engraving of holly leaves and berries frames the beer name in the centre of a cream field. The leaves are rendered with fine linear hatching, positioned above and below the words "WINTER QUADRUPEL" in large serif capitals. The composition is vertically symmetrical, with regulatory and marketing text running down both side margins and across the base in smaller type.
