It cleared 1 day after it was filed. The label carries barrel-aged, imperial on the front. The label carries the Brewers Association independent seal.
A gradient landscape scene dominates the label, with rust and terracotta-coloured mountains rising against a twilight sky that transitions from deep teal at the horizon through purple and mauve to near-black at the top. Two celestial bodies—a smaller dark sphere and a larger pale tan orb—hang among scattered white stars. The beer name "COSMIC SAILOR" is rendered in bold red block letters with black outlines, positioned centrally above the mountain ridgeline. A red circular brewery seal sits in the lower right.
