Red Panther Brewing Co hails from Coahoma County, Mississippi, and our name ties back to the land and the people who came before us: "Coahoma" is derived from the Choctaw "Kowi Homma", which translates to Red (Homma) Panther (Kowi). We chose the name Red Panther to honor the land's forebears and to pay tribute to the wild and beautiful flora and fauna of the Mississippi Delta.”
